There is market area behind the farm where you can sell things. If you complete shipment you get extra rewards. If you want to level up you get access to buildings, garage with vehicles, mine extra cash, harbour where you are provided with resources for shipment. With increasing levels you will be able to unlock more features and expand. You will gain XP or experience points when you progress in the farm by completing quests or tasks. When you build or process things in your farm it will be set with a timer which tells you when it will be done. You have to arrange the objects on the land in a way to get the most out of it. Also you need to upgrade your buildings and build houses for your workers. In the farm management tab you can see how much produce you have and the current storage.You can also sell or buy items for money and build on your farm. Managing the farm is very important in this game. Also the orchid trees give leaves which you can put into the compost and create hummus which is again manure for the crops.
For instance, if you use the manure on cherry orchids it gives fruits which you can sell. Each animal also gives dung which you can store into the compost and use it for the crops. Once you feed the animals, they provide you various things such as cows give milk, pigs breed into more pigs, chickens give eggs which you can sell and earn money to build houses or buy machinery.
Different animals need to be fed with different crops which in turn decides the time of completion a particular task in the game. You grow crops in the field, harvest at the right time, and then process it in the mill to produce food for yourself and the animals. As you can see I have progressed a little further but you will start building upon similar farm of smaller size. You have to manage your farm to reap rewards and increase its size.
